These terms govern your access to Nexora Academy, the member area and all educational material we publish.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials or reselling access to the member area is not permitted and may result in termination without refund.
Packages are sold as a one-time purchase. Access to the courses included in your package is granted as soon as payment is confirmed.
Upgrades between packages are available; you pay the difference in price at the time of the upgrade.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view and download the material in your package for your own learning.
You may not copy, republish, distribute, record or resell any part of the material without our written permission.
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the platform, gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or use the service for unlawful activity.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora Academy is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the material.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the member area, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
